Choose an active yacht by guest capacity, length, marina, occasion, and starting hourly rate. Send the supplier your preferred date, boarding time, duration, guest count, and occasion. Ask for a written charter confirmation identifying the yacht, licensed capacity, captain and crew, marina, route, inclusions, optional services, cancellation terms, and payment schedule.

Select size and layout for the group

Length alone does not explain comfort. Compare licensed capacity, indoor seating, open deck space, shade, cabins, washrooms, boarding access, and areas available during the trip. Tell the supplier about children, elderly guests, catering staff, photographers, decorations, or equipment because everyone on board may affect capacity and setup.

What affects a yacht quotation

Supplier quotes can change with yacht size, date, duration, departure marina, route, fuel policy, guest count, food, decorations, water activities, and event setup. Confirm whether captain, crew, normal-route fuel, marina fees, water, ice, towels, speakers, and cleaning are included. Never assume an inclusion from a similar yacht.

Before the charter day
